Terms of Service

Flownyx lets you connect advertising and social accounts you control (such as Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads and YouTube), analyze their performance, and draft, schedule and publish changes. Every change to a connected account is made at your direction, or by an agent you have explicitly authorized with the permissions you set. Access is currently by invitation.

You must be authorized to manage every account you connect. You are responsible for the content you upload, schedule or publish through Flownyx, and for complying with the rules of each platform you publish to. You keep all rights to your content; you grant us only the permission needed to store it and send it to the platforms you choose.

Keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly at matt@matthewtims.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Flownyx's YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features of Flownyx you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

When you use the YouTube features:

• You certify that the videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions and other content you upload or edit through Flownyx comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines and that you hold the rights needed to publish them.
• You choose each video's visibility (public, unlisted or private). Flownyx never changes an existing video's visibility, title or description unless you instruct it to.
• Before any change is sent to YouTube, Flownyx shows you the action and the channel it affects. Changes proposed by an AI agent wait for your approval unless you have explicitly allowed that agent to act directly.
• Deleting data in Flownyx, or disconnecting your channel, does not delete any videos or other content on YouTube. Content on YouTube is managed in YouTube.
• Figures labeled “Flownyx estimate” are our own calculations, not data published by YouTube.

Do not use Flownyx to break the law or any platform's terms, to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, to send spam or deceptive content, to interfere with the service or its security, or to resell the service without our written permission.

Connected platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms. Their availability, policies, data and decisions (for example, ad approvals, quota limits or video processing) are outside our control, and we are not responsible for them.

You can stop using Flownyx and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if continuing would expose you, other users or us to harm. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Flownyx provides analysis and recommendations; decisions about your accounts, budgets and content remain yours. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, MRT Productions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for advertising spend or lost revenue, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Flownyx in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account holders before they take effect.
